Home Care Nurse (RN/LPN) - 17 hours per week

We're looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

- Administer nursing care to client - Help maintain patients treatment plans - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior - Maintain accurate patient medical records - Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
